The house was very clean and spacious, with beautifully decorated rooms. The host went out of her way to ensure a great stay. The breakfast bar had a superb selection. The location was only 5 miles from Brighton Marina Parade, with a straight cruise along the coastline.
The room facing directly onto the street lacked privacy without having to pull down the blinds, hindering the morning light. The towels provided were not very thick or soft, but this was a small issue in an otherwise perfect accommodation.

Safe Haven is a hidden gem of a property. The hostess went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She even packed us a delicious lunch for our early morning start. The location of the property is perfectly situated near the ferry port, making our journey convenient. The cleanliness and thoughtful touches, like a toiletries kit and USB plugs, added to the overall pleasant experience. The peaceful surroundings and pleasant decor made us feel right at home. I can't recommend Safe Haven enough. Thank you for an incredible stay.
One small drawback was the slightly soft pillows, but they were still comfortable. The other minor issue was that the room faced directly onto the street, and it would have been nice to have something to screen the view while still allowing in natural light in the mornings.

the place was spotless and well-maintained, with everything in perfect working order. I was pleasantly surprised to find mince pies on arrival and milk and butter in the fridge. Val, the proprietor, was incredibly kind and even offered to bring me breakfast when it was raining outside. the TV had loads of channels, and there was even a second TV in the bedroom with Netflix.
I highly recommend Safe Haven Villa for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cons: No complaints whatsoever.

We found a hidden gem during our city trip on the South Coast. the location was perfect for exploring the coastline and taking in the beautiful scenery. the accommodation was immaculate and well thought out, making us feel comfortable and at home. the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning shower exceeded our expectations. the host provided us with a wide variety of breakfast options, including fresh milk, cereals, and even crumpets! We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about our experience. the only downside was that the property wasn't bigger, as the host was doing such an incredible job managing it.

We recently had a romantic escape to a charming hotel on the South Coast. The bathroom in our room was spotless and had a spacious rainfall shower, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The garden was secluded and furnished, making it a lovely suntrap to enjoy a quiet afternoon. The location was ideal, with beautiful cliff top walks and delicious eateries just a short distance away. Plus, the hotel had excellent parking facilities, so we never had to worry about finding a spot.
That the TV reception was quite poor when the bathroom fan was on. It was a minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have a clear picture while getting ready in the morning.

The room was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities such as a fridge and TV. The location was convenient as it was only a short distance from the Brighton marina parade. the host went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
The size of the property was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice if there were more rooms available.

My recent stay at Safe Haven in Peacehaven was an absolute delight. The room and en-suite were immaculate and well-organized, with all the necessary facilities. I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh milk, chocolates, and a wide range of toiletries provided by Val, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to Brighton via local buses. The bungalow itself was compact yet cozy, with everything in pristine condition. The drive in front of the bungalow allowed for convenient luggage unloading. I also appreciated the lovely area with tables and chairs, adorned with beautiful flower baskets. my experience at Safe Haven was fantastic, and I cannot fault anything. I look forward to returning in the future for a longer stay.

My recent stay at Safe Haven in Peacehaven was absolutely delightful. The bungalow was cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed. The room I stayed in was thoughtfully designed and had all the amenities I could ask for. The self-service breakfast room was a great touch, offering a wide selection of continental options. The cleanliness of the entire property was exceptional, making me feel right at home.
One small drawback was the noise from the adjoining room. I could hear conversations through the connecting door, which could have been more soundproofed.

Central location with good travel links to nearby attractions and beach.
Misunderstanding about the room being in the owner's house rather than a small hotel.
